On the first slice of Christmas, The Informalist gave to me: "Prosciutto in a Pear Tree" - this week's pizza special! Featuring a rich cream base with onions caramelized in brown sugar and red wine, Gruyère, and pear; finished with arugula, prosciutto, and a drizzle of honey.
